This Pinot Noir is sorted in the vines at harvest to select the best grapes for this wine, which macerates for 10 days in a stainless steel temperature-controlled vat, before spending 12 months in 228-litre barrels, of which 40% are new oak and the remainder barrels used for between one and five wines. Deep garnet red, brilliant and limpid, with glints ranging from cherry to ruby. A typical, open nose, with beautiful aromatic intensity combining ripe fruits, blackcurrant.
