Organically grown and matured 12 months in concrete, this atypical (in the best way) wine is a blend of 30% Merlot, 30% Mourvèdre and 40% Marselan - the latter being a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache. Expect plush texture and an interplay of red and dark fruit and pour with beef-and-eggplant stew.[The Concours Général Paris did not include a tasting note.] Score - Silver. (Concours Général Paris, 2020)
