Crafted by Alain Rogier, who was awarded Red Winemaker of the Year at the 2015 International Wine Challenge, this wine blends Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot and Syrah and was matured in stainless steel. Expect aromas and flavours of pure dark fruit and peppery-cocoa spice, and pair with cassoulet de Carcassonne (bean stew with mutton or quail).
