This blend of Cabernet and Merlot was fermented in stainless steel and aged in oak. The robust nature of the Cab is softened by the Merlot, making this an easy-to-enjoy red. Expect robustly articulated dark berry tones with underlying vanilla and spice. A great barbecue wine that will have wide appeal.
