Château Ksara was founded in 1857 by Jesuit monks, who also introduced Carignan to the Bekaa Valley. This wine is from 60-year-old vines planted in clay and limestone and was wild-fermented in the Jesuits' original concrete tanks. The 2018 is the first vintage of this single-vineyard expression, and it will deliver characterful black fruit, spice and herbal notes. Pair with roast lamb.
