Known for extended 'hang time' on the vine, the grapes used in Caymus Special Selection are of the finest quality and exhibit big ripeness, concentration and flavour. The wine is then blended from the best barrels of the vintage. It's little wonder this is the only wine in the world to be honoured twice as Wine Spectator's Wine of the Year.
