This wine was first produced in 2000 and is made only in exceptional years. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc were vinified and aged separately for 18 months in oak before the final blending and bottling. They were then given more time in bottle to integrate. You can expect a floral wine with earth, herb and wood notes atop blackberry licorice tones.
