Founded by Carlo Botter and his wife, Maria, in 1928, Botter celebrated its 90th anniversary last year. This is an especially floral, smoky Amarone with rich notes of blackberry and raisin and a good lift of acidity. Savour it with blackened duck, or osso buco. (Vintages panel, June 2018)
