Whisky Luxe
Autumn 2006
1½ oz Canadian Club whisky
½ oz sour apple liqueur
2 oz pineapple juice
¼ of a fresh lime
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add whisky, sour apple liqueur, pineapple juice. Squeeze fresh lime and add a dash of grenadine. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple spear.
