1 cup ice
1 oz vodka
1 oz Irish cream
½ cup milk
1 scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream
To a blender, add ice, vodka, Irish cream, milk and mint chocolate chip ice cream. Blend until smooth and pour into a parfait glass. Garnish with a chocolate stick.
