The Morocco Market Cocktail

Bright fresh fruit dominates this delicious cocktail, and the bitters play an essential role in adding complex Morrocan spice and citrus notes to elevate this sipper to new heights.
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add in the following order: 1½ oz amber rum, the juice of ⅛ fresh lemon, ¼ oz grenadine and 3 oz mango juice. Add 2 dashes Lem-Marrakech bitters. Garnish with a cilantro sprig.
