Strawberry Purée
Early Summer 2021
Combine 1 lb (455 g) hulled and roughly chopped strawberries, 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar and 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice in a blender and purée. Fine-strain into a small pitcher to remove seeds, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
Makes 2 cups (500 mL)
