This elegant cocktail is also super simple, making it a go-to for your next Sunday brunch. Blending Ernest Rubee, a cranberry and cherry cider, with a toasty brut sparkling rosé results in a lightly fruity, crisp pink sparkler.
Makes 1 drink
1 Pour 10 oz of Cider Rubee into a Champagne glass. Top with 3 oz of brut rosé sparkling wine. If desired, take the stem off a maraschino cherry and add it to the cocktail.
