Classic cocktails with a modern, international flair… The new cocktail culture is all about pulling together the past and present trends from around the world. Our white version of a Whisky Sour has a Texan flair and style that makes it a unique experience.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 1/2 oz white whisky, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz lime juice, 1 oz honey syrup* and 1 to 2 drops of liquid smoke (available at grocery stores). Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a long orange zest.

* To make honey syrup, combine 1 oz honey with 1/4 oz hot water. Stir to thin the honey, and allow to cool.
