Rainbow Cooler
Summer 2001
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz passion fruit juice
Juice of ¼ fresh lemon
1 tsp grenadine
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add orange, pineapple and passion fruit juice, lemon juice and grenadine. Shake until chilled and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh kiwi.
