Christian Scovenna of Toronto Japanese restaurant Izakaya, created this Asian-inspired Martini to showcase, tangy Pucker Up lemonade.

Serves 1

Ice
3½ oz Pucker Up lemonade
1½ oz Yokaichi Mugi shochu
½ oz Gekkeikan Japanese plum wine
Soda water
Twist of lemon

1. In a 14 oz tumbler filled with ice, stir together lemonade, shochu and plum wine. Top up with soda. Serve garnished with a twist of lemon and a straw.
