Pink Tarragon
Early Summer 2010
A delectable pairing of pink grapefruit and tarragon. Tequila tempered with sweet vanilla liqueur results in a cocktail with amazing depth that is outstanding as a pre-dinner offering but also pairs well with many foods.
1 In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz 100 percent agave tequila, ½ oz vanilla liqueur, 3 oz freshly pressed pink grapefruit juice and ½ oz simple syrup (see below). Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish witha sprig of French tarragon.
