Pineapple Umbrella
Summer 2006
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz Appleton Estate V/X Rum, ½ oz melon liqueur and 4 oz pineapple juice. Shake and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a melon and pineapple skewer.
