Pimm’s Twist

Freshly squeezed lemon juice balances and brightens this simple Pimm's cocktail.
Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz Pimm’s No. 1 Cup
¾ oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
4 to 5 oz club soda
Cucumber slices, cucumber ribbon or lemon twist, for garnish
Pour Pimm’s, lemon juice and simple syrup into a highball glass. Top with soda. Garnish with cucumber.
