Oscar Cocktail

A glam cocktail for that most stellar event.
1 oz Cognac
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Ice
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add Cognac, lemon juice and Cointreau. Shake sharply and strain into four Champagne flutes. Top with chilled Champagne and garnish with an orange twist.
