A welcoming cocktail that sets the tone for our whisky tasting menu.
1½ oz Islay Mist blended whisky
½ oz red vermouth
Dash Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
