Mistletoe Splash

5-7 mint leaves, torn
Juice of 1⁄8 fresh lemon
1 tsp. sugar, to taste
3-5 strawberries- fresh or frozen
1 oz. cognac
½ oz. strawberry liqueur
To a cocktail shaker, add 5-7 mint leaves, torn, the juice of 1⁄8 fresh lemon, 1 tsp. sugar, to taste and 3-5 strawberries- fresh or frozen. Muddle or mash with a bar spoon. Fill the shaker with ice and add 1 oz. cognac and ½ oz. strawberry liqueur. Shake sharply and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
