Midnight Mingle
Summer 2005
To a blender, add 1 cup ice, 1 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced rum and 3 oz. pina colada mix and blend until slushy. Add ½ oz. blue curacao in a colada glass and top with the mix, garnish with a pineapple spear.
