London Caesar
Summer 2006
A little gin adds a whole new dimension to a Caesar. For more of a British accent, decrease the vodka and increase the gin. To head south instead of across the pond: use tequila and lime instead of gin and lemon juice.
Dried Chives
5 oz Mott's Clamato®
1 oz vodka
½ oz gin
½ tsp hot sauce
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp lemon juice
3 sweet picked onions
1. Rim a large wine glass with dried chives.
2. Fill glass with ice and add above ingredients. Stir to mix.
3. Garnish with pickled onions.
