Kahlúa Alexander

A play on the holiday classic, this Alexander has the sweet coffee notes of Kahlúa to create an updated version of the Alexander, and the result is an after-dinner cocktail that is an ideal fireside favourite.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add ½ oz Kahlúa, ½ oz white crème de cacao, 1 oz brandy and 2 oz cream. Shake sharply and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
Entertaining Size: Serves 8 people
½ cup Kahlúa
½ cup white crème de cacao
1 cup brandy
2 cups cream
Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish.
Add all ingredients to a pitcher and stir to mix. Pour into rocks glass with ice and garnish each with freshly grated nutmeg.
