Perfect for after dinner or a summer brunch, this cooler can be made a day ahead, if you wish. Keeping a jar or pitcher in the refrigerator provides an always-ready, refreshing way to kick-start your day without either boiling water or waiting for a brew.
For a bold strong taste, brew coffee as you always do. Stir in milk and sugar, if you like, until an appealing taste is achieved. Leave at room temperature until cooled, then refrigerate until cold or for up to 2 days.
