Home Run Caesar
Winter 2007
Rim a tall glass with fresh lemon and lemon pepper. Fill the glass with ice and add 1½ oz. Smirnoff vodka, ¼ oz. lemon juice, 1 tsp. hot sauce, 1 tsp. Worcestershire and ½ tsp. horseradish. Top with 4 oz. Clamato. Stir to mix and garnish with a celery, lemon and cherry tomato skewer.
Entertaining Size:
To a pitcher, add 1½ cups Smirnoff vodka, ¼ cup lemon juice, 3 tbsp. hot sauce, 3 tbsp. Worcestershire, 1½ tbsp. horseradish and 4 cups Clamato. Stir to mix.
