Holiday 2010
Alizé Red is a combination of passion fruit,cranberry and Cognac. It adds a little excitementto your holiday bar.
Makes 1 drink
Frosted Cranberries
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp pasteurized egg whites
1 pkg fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
Cocktail
1 oz vodka
1 oz Alizé Red Passion
2 oz pink lemonade
1. In a medium bowl, stir together water andegg whites until blended but not whipped.Skewer cranberries and coat with this mixture.Spread the sugar out on a baking sheet, roll thecranberries in sugar until they are coated. Dryat room temperature for 2 hours.
2. Place vodka, Alizé Red Passion and pinklemonade in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.Shake, strain and serve in a stemless cocktailglass. Place cranberry skewer across top ofglass.
