Green with Envy
Spring 2004
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1¾ oz premium gin and ¼ oz green chartreuse. Stir until well chilled. Run a fresh sage leaf around the rim of a Martini glass, strain Martini in and garnish with the sage leaf.
