Cranberry Spritzer
Early Summer 2006
For a twist on the basic Spritzer recipe and add some cranberry or cran-raspberry juice to make a Cranberry Spritzer.
2 oz cranberry juice
3 oz of Peller Estates French Cross Seyval-Vidal
Soda water
Garnish
Fresh raspberries.
1. In a tall glass with ice, add 2 oz cranberry juice, 3 oz of Peller Estates French Cross Seyval-Vidal.
2. Top with soda and garnish with fresh raspberries.
