Classic Pina Colada

Frosty, creamy and tropical tasting, this mix is everything you want in a breezy beverage. Be sure to pick up coconut cream (not coconut milk) — it’s often available in the baking section or ethnic foods aisle.
Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz rum or banana rum
3 oz pineapple juice (preferably sweetened)
1 tsp lime juice
1 oz coconut cream
1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes
Dash bitters (optional)
Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry, for garnish (optional)
Add rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut cream and bitters to a blender. Blend, adding ice cubes 1 at a time until completely icy and blended. Pour into a chilled tall glass. Garnish with pineapple and cherry.
