Champagne Cocktail

Champagne has always been the bubbly liquid that defines celebrations. While the term ‘Champagne cocktail’ has been around since the 1870s, it wasn’t until Esquire magazine crowned this drink one of the 10 best cocktails in 1934 that its place in history was assured.
Drop a sugar cube into a flute. Add 1 tsp brandy and a dash of bitters. Top with 4 to 5 oz chilled Champagne and garnish with an orange twist.
