Chai Nog
Holiday 2007
Eggnogs are a holiday tradition. Popularized in colonial times, the combination of rum, eggs and milk has expanded over the decades into a myriad of creamy holiday cocktails. We look to international flavours that will be used to create the nog of the future.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz bourbon, 1 oz Voyant Chai liqueur and 3 oz egg nog. Shake sharply and strain into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
