Cayenne & Sugar Popcorn

Pop ½ cup (125 mL) popping corn in an air popper or other popcorn maker. Melt 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter and drizzle over popcorn while stirring to distribute evenly. Stir together 1 tsp (5 mL) sugar and ¼ to ½ tsp (1 to 2 mL) cayenne pepper and sprinkle over popcorn while stirring. Season popcorn with salt to taste.
Makes about 8 cups (2 L)
