Bubbly Sangria

The holiday party can be defined in a single toast of bubbly. Consider toasting your guests with this elegant holiday Sangria made with Cognac and Cava.

Makes 8 to 10 drinks

To a pitcher or punch bowl, add 2 oz Cognac, 2 oz Cointreau, 1 bottle (750 mL) Cava (sparkling Spanish wine) and 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice. Add 1 cup clementine segments and 1 cup cranberries. Pour into glasses with ice, distributing the fruit.
