Bombay Mule

1 oz Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin
3 lime wedges
4 oz Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Add gin to a mule mug filled with ice. Squeeze juice from two lime wedges in and drop in. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with remaining lime wedge and mint leaves.
