Blueberry Collins
Early Summer 2009
Freshen the classic Collins with a boost of fresh blueberries!
Add 12 fresh or frozen blueberries to a tall glass and crush them with a muddler or the back of a spoon. Top the glass up with ice and pour in 1 1⁄2 oz. Tanqueray gin, 2 oz. lemon juice and 2 oz. simple syrup. Stir, add a splash of soda and garnish with a few more blueberries.
