Blizzard Cocktail
Spring 2005
To a blender, add 1 cup of ice, 1 oz. vodka, 1 oz. cookies and cream liqueur, 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and ¼ cup milk. Blend until smooth and pour into a wine goblet. Garnish with an oreo cookie.
