Big-Batch Singapore Sling

Makes 6 cocktails
¾ cup (180 mL) Beefeater London Dry Gin
½ cup (125 mL) McGuinness Cherry Brandy
1 cup (250 mL) orange juice
6 tbsp (90 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice
2 cups (500 mL) club soda
6 half orange wheels, for garnish
6 cherries, for garnish
Pour gin, cherry brandy, orange juice and lime juice into a large pitcher with ice. Stir. Top with soda. Stir. Pour into ice-filled Collins glasses. Garnish each with orange wheel and a cherry.
