    Pelee Island enjoys Canada's longest and warmest growing season, which allows grapes to achieve full ripeness. Medium garnet in colour, with flavours of smoke, red and dark berries, carnations, red plum jam and vanilla. Serve with planked salmon or mushroom risotto.
