Pedroncelli fermented and aged 10% of this wine in American oak, the rest in stainless steel, ageing both ferments for seven months before blending them together. Expect a creamy wine, with fine acidity and balance alongside apple, peach and tropical fruit. A wine to pair with lobster, roast chicken or pork chops.
