This rosé is hands-down one of the great joys of the summer. It's crafted from free-run, lightly pressed juice, in contrast to the greater pressing used to make Malivoire's beloved Ladybug rosé. The Vivant is light-coloured, elegant and refined, with citrus, strawberry, and delicate flinty mineral. Winemaker Shiraz Mottiar suggests serving it with rainbow trout with jerk sauce on a bun.
