Leyda has 5 hectares planted to sauvignon gris in the Leyda zone, near the sea. This gris has a delicious saline side, but the best part is the texture, which is creamy and silky, yet that is marked by knife-sharp acidity at the same time. Although it lacks the exuberant aromas of sauvignon blanc, this variety has a much better sensation on the palate - it's covert, caressing it with a finish that's slightly mineral, but also fruity and refreshing. This is for crab meat. Score - 93. (Patricio Tapia, guiadescorchados.cl, 2019)
