This bubbly is crafted from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling and Aligoté, which are all grapes long associated with sparkling-wine production. It was aged for three years in bottle before release. You can expect brightly outlined orchard fruit and a zesty, driving acidity that will balance the wine's sweetness. Enjoy with spicy crab appetizers.
