Certified organic, this bubbly is a blend of Xarello, Macabeo and Parellada all grown at 500-800 metres above sea level and harvested at night to retain peak freshness and character. It spent 18 months maturing on the lees. Expect a vivacious glassful of crisp orchard fruit, citrus and melon, with earthy accents.
