Organically grown and gathered from all three estate organically certified vineyards on the Beamsville Bench, this has a lovely nose of pineapple, lemon, honey and a hint of petrol. It is off-dry, notably sweeter than past vintages to compensate in part for the lighter, higher acid 2017 vintage. But the balance is excellent, the texture is very fine and the length is excellent.
