Yellow colour with green reflection, bright and crystalline. On the nose, we find notes of ripe fruits: citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and white fruits (peach, grape). The frame is subtle, deep, on a long and rectilinear silhouette that bounces off the freshness. The finish is marked by acidity and salinity, the signature of the terroir. Young, it is the varietal side of the Riesling that dominates but the terroir intensifies with time and participates in the balance of the wine. This digestic and accessible Riesling provides immediate pleasure and will be the ideal partner for your dinners with friends.
