Cave de Beblenheim is a cooperative created in 1952 by a group of small-farm wine growers. This wine was grown in a vineyard of stone, marl and limestone, so look for mineral notes in addition to crunchy orchard fruit. It'll pair well with chicken spiced with pepper, cloves, nutmeg and ginger.[Concours Général Paris did not include a tasting note.] Score - Silver. (Concours Général Paris, 2020)
