Produced at Highwood Distillery in Alberta, this small-batch whisky is crafted from nearly 100% corn and aged for 17 years in charred oak barrels. Its subtle aromas of vanilla and orange lead to a layered palate of honey, caramel, allspice and sweet herbs. The finish is smooth yet compelling. Excellent in cocktails.
