This Kimoto style is brewed with yeast No.7 that gives clean, yet a deep and round mouthfeel. A rich flavour with a clean finish from acidity, and perfectly balanced with all the flavours. Lactic acid from the Kimoto method makes this sake modern. More savouriness and acidity come out when the sake is warmed.
